Following the 2005 change in UK licensing laws, there is no minimum order.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Unless specifically specified wine prices do not include the cost of delivery, which will be charged at our published delivery rates in force at the time you submit your order.
Payment is strictly required with order prior to delivery except by arrangement. Wine for Spice accepts BACS bill payment bank transfer, cheque and payment through Pay Pal by credit and debit card.
For delivery any amount of wine there is a flat charge of £13.20 incl. vat.
Your order will be dispatched immediately upon receipt of payment unless
advised. Wine for Spice is a small firm and we may be abroad seeking new wines
or at an event. See

If you don’t hear from us
We take great care to pack all wines carefully and losses or damage are extremely rare, but please inspect all goods carefully on receipt and sign carriers' paperwork "damaged" or "short delivered" if necessary. Please note that we will only be able to consider claims for loss or damage in transit if (a) received in writing (including by fax or e-mail) within 3 working days of delivery, and (b) carriers' paperwork has been signed with the necessary qualification as above.
We do not offer refunds against confirmed orders, but we will be glad to refund
the value of any unopened bottles returned to us at your own expense in good
original condition within 28 days of delivery. If you are not sure about the

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund provided (1) you notify us in writing by post, fax or e-mail within 7 working days of receiving your goods and (2) you return the goods to us in good condition and at your own expense within 28 days of receiving them. Please note that the right of cancellation applies only to standard items ordered from our published wine list, and does not apply to items which have been specially sourced or ordered on your behalf such as personalised labels.
Under the Data Protection Act, all companies and individuals that store customer information on computer are obliged to explain what this information is to be used for. Wine for Spice Limited will be storing information about you to provide you with an effective mail order service, update and improve our customer records, inform you of other products and services which may be of interest to you. Also, further offers from reputable and carefully selected organisations may be made to you. If you prefer not to receive such mailings please write to us at the address above.
Orders supplied to trade and institutional customers are subject to separate trade terms of business, and such orders are only accepted subject to these terms.
Wine for Spice is not currently equipped to sell wine outside the UK.
